Request an inspection and provide the property information, including the address and your preferred timing. Solid Rock follows up to confirm availability and provide the inspection agreement.

Inspect
Solid Rock performs a thorough visual inspection of the home's readily accessible components and systems. Areas that are concealed, blocked, or unsafe to access are not inspected.

Review
Findings are documented with photographs and clear explanations. Questions are welcome — the goal is that you understand what was observed and why it matters.

Receive Your Report
You receive a professional digital inspection report summarizing observed conditions and items recommended for repair, further evaluation, or monitoring.
The inspection process, scope, and limitations are explained in the inspection agreement provided before the inspection begins.

Before Your Inspection
Can I attend the inspection?+
Clients are welcome to attend. Attending can be helpful, especially for first-time buyers, because it's easier to understand a finding when you can see it in person. Let Solid Rock know in advance so timing can be arranged.
What does the inspection include?+
A residential inspection is primarily visual and covers readily accessible components and systems — structural, roofing, exterior, electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, interior, and attic and insulation, as applicable to the home. The full scope and limitations are described in the inspection agreement.
What happens if you find a problem?+
Observed conditions are documented with photographs and explained in the report, along with a recommendation such as repair, further evaluation by a qualified specialist, or monitoring. A finding is information, not a verdict on the home.
When do I receive the report?+
The report is delivered digitally after the inspection is completed and the findings are documented. Timing is discussed when the inspection is scheduled so you know what to expect.
Can homeowners schedule inspections even if they are not selling or buying?+
